Modern City Escape | 2BR, Skyline Views & Near Crown

Positive: Location and view were great, facilities included washing machine. Negative: Communication with the host was a challenge at times. Early check in was requested multiple times with 0 response. Keys were not at the listed location for time of check in (we did receive an apology) but communication was very minimal. A used matress was propped up against the wall in one of the bedrooms and felt unclean.

Terrible Negative: Upon arrival, we noticed that the room had not been cleaned. The beds were not done, there was hair on the sheets, the surfaces were not wiped down, and the trash was not taken out (see attached photos). We contacted the number listed on the website immediately and received slow responses. It took way many follow ups to get my refund!

Positive: Good location Negative: NA

Positive: It's perfect place to stay for the business trip especially for the fair at MECE. It's reasonable price and great place even for the shopping, renting the car and grocery stores and so on. Negative: It will be better to get some information for the cleaning, trash, cooking and so on before check-in.

Excellent séjour ! Je recommande à 100% Positive: L’appartement était vraiment impeccable et très confortable. Tout était propre et les équipements étaient largement suffisants. La localisation était également parfaite avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin à proximité. J’avais lu dans les commentaires qu’il fallait récupérer les clés dans un petit magasin à côté mais c’est très simple et très rapide, donc ce n’était absolument pas un problème. Negative: Le seul petit point négatif est que les instructions pour le check-in sont envoyées le jour même. J’aurais préféré les recevoir la veille pour pouvoir mieux m’organiser.
