Scenic 2BR APT in Southbank w/ Views & Near Crown

An absolutely stunning and beautiful home! Very well done and clean! Will definitely be coming back and booking it also. Positive: Very convenient for my trip and easy to get key and check in

Well priced apartment. Not spotless but nice enough Positive: View was nice and good size apartment with functioning kitchen and laundry facilities. Negative: The photos make it seem like the balcony/patio is apart of the apartment but it’s actually a communal balcony. The check in process is confusing and frustrating as you can’t plan your day as you don’t get told where to pick up the keys until 15 mins before check in. Apartment was very dirty. Mould growing, dust in a lot of places. Sink also doesn’t drain properly. No spare towels either, would have liked a face washer also.

Overall, my stay was convenient but affected by noise and maintenance issues. Positive: It was well located and had everything you needed for a short stay. Negative: There was too much noise in the building, you could hear everything happening on the floor above. One of the elevators wasn’t working, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the place felt dirty and old. It definitely needs a lot of maintenance.

Negative: We're told 2 minutes before checkin where to collect keys... which is where we just came from. The hyperlink that opens google maps when you click to get your key pickup address, sends you to the convention centre - the wrong place. The floorboards are lifting up near the door entrance, the owner has tried to screw them back down, but the screws arent all the way into the floor, so there are sharp screw poking out of the floor, over 4 screws. The bottom of the door scraps them as you open it, not safe for a kid to walk around. . Wouldn't go there with a small child, and really poor attempt to fix it

Positive: The apartment had everything we needed, the washing machine was particularly helpful, so was the kitchen facilities which meant we could have breakfast every morning at the property. Also good value for money!!!
