Never again Positive: Views Negative: From the beginning I should’ve known so before my arrival I was called from staff asking me if I would stay at a similar apartment I said sure as long as it wasn’t any different no no just location. They proceeded to tell me that the apartment I booked was left in an extremely bed way, my key would be at reception so apon arrival had drama with no key no one at reception. Calling n txting the staff member whom called me earlier eventually answering opening entrance to lobby and said keys are on way if I didn’t mind waiting I said ok waiting at desk with staff member returning asking me if I was on drugs? I had to ask again what was that? And YES I heard correctly throwing me off and obviously I answered truthfully NO. Being by myself I couldn’t believe he had the nerve asking me that I was embarrassed and offended. Obviously he thought otherwise so I wanted to get up to the room as soon as possible now travelling by myself I had 2 suitcases hand bag and backpack ISO once key arrived sometime later I asked that same guy if there was a trolley I could use to take my luggage up in one go he said no and not even offering to help when anyone could clearly see I have a broken leg in a camboot. I then seen a trolley tucked in Behind desk I asked him if I could use this one um I don’t know sorry so I said ok well I am if anyone wants to know it will be back in 5mins once I drop my luggage off at my room. From the beginning it was issue after issue to the end. Then at checkout I had to wait another hour just for my ID Cards….. WTF why weren’t they there and what was done with them.

Good value for money Positive: The location and that it was clean. View in particular was great. Negative: That there were not proper door handles on the bathroom and the vacuum cleaner didn’t work very well.

Good comfortable place to stay!. Check in and out process isn’t ideal Positive: Clean nice place to stay Negative: Check in and out process is the worst experience I’ve had via renting a property

Do not book this. Positive: Nothing. Negative: Don’t be fooled. The property DOES NOT look merely close the photos. DO NOT COME HERE. Thankfully I recorded the apartment as soon as I walked in and the owner was easy to deal with and agreed to process a refund so I found a hotel for that night and for the remainder of the stay. I arrived 3pm. The apartment hadn’t had cleaners attend. Stained towels all over the floor. Broken bathroom door handles. Very small apartment. Bed was super dirty and looked extremely uncomfortable and cheap. (I didn’t lay on it as the sheets were filthy) I would never come back here even if it was for free. Even if it was clean. It did not look remotely close to what the expectation is. Go get yourself a hotel and save the headache

Stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The apartment has everything we needed. Positive: Lovely apartment, great facilities, excellent location. Negative: One of the beds (bedroom with ensuite) the mattress was very hard, parking was challenging and didn’t get a response to my questions about parking options.
