High-Rise South Melb Apt w/ 2BR 2Bath & Balcony

Do not book this. Positive: Nothing. Negative: Don’t be fooled. The property DOES NOT look merely close the photos. DO NOT COME HERE. Thankfully I recorded the apartment as soon as I walked in and the owner was easy to deal with and agreed to process a refund so I found a hotel for that night and for the remainder of the stay. I arrived 3pm. The apartment hadn’t had cleaners attend. Stained towels all over the floor. Broken bathroom door handles. Very small apartment. Bed was super dirty and looked extremely uncomfortable and cheap. (I didn’t lay on it as the sheets were filthy) I would never come back here even if it was for free. Even if it was clean. It did not look remotely close to what the expectation is. Go get yourself a hotel and save the headache

Stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The apartment has everything we needed. Positive: Lovely apartment, great facilities, excellent location. Negative: One of the beds (bedroom with ensuite) the mattress was very hard, parking was challenging and didn’t get a response to my questions about parking options.

Positive: Close to the city and feels like home Negative: Nothing. This apartment is perfect

Not as advertised. Very disappointed. Positive: Great views. Clean. Negative: There was NO hot tub as advertised. Not even a bath. Kmart accessories are NOT luxury. This was not a luxury apartment. It’s an average small apartment showing signs of wear. Missing door handle on bathroom, containers for shampoo had become dislodged from wall and not repaired. Key pick up was messy, inconvenient, and not explained prior to booking. Emails regarding parking were not responded to in time. We parked on the 5th floor and had angry notes on the car when we went to leave. I would not stay here again.

Wouldn’t recommend. Positive: Location. Cleanliness. Negative: Self check in not on location and advised at short notice. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, second bathroom was not practical
